01 / THE ADDRESS RULE

Tribal membership alone does not determine the enhanced benefit.

The enhanced Tribal Lifeline benefit is tied to residence on qualifying Tribal lands. Your home address must fall within land recognized for the enhanced Lifeline benefit.

TRIBAL MEMBER Membership by itself

Does not automatically establish eligibility for the enhanced Tribal amount.

QUALIFYING TRIBAL LAND Residence matters

An eligible Lifeline household living on qualifying Tribal lands may receive enhanced support.

Tribal households have additional program routes.

Residents of qualifying Tribal lands can use the regular Lifeline qualification routes, plus several Tribal-specific assistance programs.

06 / ADDRESS VERIFICATION

Your home address is an important part of the application.

When enhanced Tribal support is requested, the Lifeline process must determine whether the residential address is located on qualifying Tribal lands.

If an address cannot be confirmed automatically, additional information may be needed to establish the location.

BOTTOM LINE

Land. Eligibility. Benefit. Then device.

Enhanced Tribal Lifeline support can be significantly higher than the standard benefit, but a tablet remains a separate provider offer. Verify the address and Lifeline qualification first, then evaluate the device promotion.
